Greg is a deranged gingerbread man in the Super Secret Secret Squirrel segment: Greg.

The round-headed, sailor-hatted Squiddly (who resembles an octopus—albeit with only six tentacles—rather than a squid) is kept captive in an aquatic park known as Bubbleland and resides in a pool with his name on it.[2] Squiddly Diddly is an aspiring musician who makes many attempts to escape and attain musical stardom, but he is constantly foiled by Bubbleland's administrator Chief Winchley.
The arch-nemesis of Secret Squirrel, the Yellow Pinkie is a combination parody of Auric Goldfinger (Gert Fröbe) from the James Bond 1964 film *Goldfinger*, Kasper Gutman (Sydney Greenstreet) from the 1941 film *The Maltese Falcon*, and the stock mad scientist character type from 20th century spy films.

He and Secret Squirrel were having a drag race and he will do anything to win. He attempted to get Secret Squirrel out of the race by giving him a choice between losing the race or losing Morocco Mole (who was kidnapped by Hot Rodney's monkey henchman) by being blown up on a building far from the finish line.
The Chameleon (real name: Panoleon P. Chameleon) is an art-loving sophisticated chameleon and a villain in the titular episode "Chameleon" of the Secret Secret Squirrel segment of the 2 Stupid Dogs series.
He is the criminal mastermind who has pilfered all the art (only) for his own personal collection. He has the ability to blend himself in the fine arts of exquisite beauty.
She and her honey bee minions capture Secret Squirrel during a Honey Bank robbery so that Queen Bea can force Secret Squirrel's hand in marriage with a love potion (it is suggested that she wants him to rule her hive with her as her king and husband). Morocco Mole is trapped in a pit of honey, but Penny comes to their rescue. Queen Bea was eventually stopped after Secret Squirrel broke out of the love potion's effects with his true hatred of her. Queen Bea almost ended Penny's life with a fatal neck sting.
